Aromatherapy is another holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote well-being and good health. It is also known as essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy medically uses aromas of essential oils for mind, body, and spiritual health. As it aids in emotional health, this way it also improves physical well-being. Essential oils come from our sacred beloved “Mother Gaia” like plants, flowers, leaves, stalks, bark, rind, or roots. The oils are mixed with another substance (such as oil, alcohol, or lotion) and then put on the skin, sprayed in the air, or inhaled. You can also massage the oils into the skin or pour them into bathwater.
